Our story
Michael John DARCY is an Australian seafood merchant based in Redcliffe, Queensland. We supply carefully selected crustaceans, shellfish, cephalopods and ocean fish to home cooks who care about what lands on the plate.
How we source
Our produce is chosen for clarity of flavour and handled with restraint: scampi and crab from cold southern water, live clams and oysters from clean coastal grounds, squid and cuttlefish cleaned by hand, and traditional dried sea cucumber for deeper, slower cooking.
Frozen at the source
Most of our range is frozen soon after landing so the texture and natural sweetness stay intact on the journey to your kitchen. Each order is packed with care and shipped in insulated packaging.
